探讨了高密度、高硬度木质层积塑料的生产工艺，旨在将这种材料用于制造优质门球棒的槌头。结果表明，槌头的各项物理力学性质均超过进口产品，填补了国内空白。此外，提出了用组合式取代传统的整体式槌头的设计。

The paper discusses the producing technology of resin impregnated veneer lami-nated lumber with high density and hardness for the purpose of manufacturing high qualitygate-ball mallet.The results showed that all the physical and mechanical properties of themallet,which filled in the gap in the native market,exceeded the imported ones. In addition,a newly improved composing structural design of mallet was deveIoped to replace traditionalone.
