大型高风湿热风炉用耐火材料的现状及发展

The status quo and development of large and high- temperature hot blast stove

简要介绍了国内外热风炉用耐火材料的现状，认为目前国内的热风炉用耐火材料还不能满足新型高风温热风炉的设计需要，特别是高铝质耐火材料的蠕变特性是否适应高风温热风炉长寿的需要，还有待实际生产检验。同时认为对热风炉耐火材料的选择必须在设计、制造、生产、施工等方面充分协商的前提下进行。

An introduction has ben made on the Status quo of domestic large and high-temperature hot blast stove. It has been pointed out that all the properties such as creep of high alumina bricks couldn't meet the requirement of longer service life of high temperature hot blast furnace. It is suggested that the selection of refractories for hot blast stove be made on the basis of comprehensive consideration of designing , manufacturing, and construction etc.
