双气流煅烧竖窑的设计与实践

根据双气流煅烧坚窑与其它类型竖窑的气流原理比较，提出了“双气流”窑炉的概念。详细地分析了双气流形成过程、气流阻力计算和实际数值的比较等。

An outside-fire-rectangle kiln for Kailuan Mineral Bureau was developed in support of the relief work after the earthquake of Tangshan city. In this peper,the design of the kiln and its practices in production for many years are introduced.The new concept of 'double gas-flow' kiln is given out. The processes of forming doubl gas-flow in kiln and the calculation of po flow resistance is analysed in detail. Compering the new double gas-flow kiln and old single gas-flow one, the new double po flow kiln ho more advantages than the old one. The theory and actual contents may be for reference.
