添加晶体纤维改善耐火浇注料的性能

A preliminary study on mechanism of strengthening castable with high performance fibre

探讨了添加晶体纤维改善耐火浇注料性能的机理和条件。通过研究高铝浇注料引入莫来石晶体纤维的性能变化及相应的ＳＥＭ显微结构。

The mechanism and condition of strengthening castable with fibre have been analysed and discussed. The physical properties of high alumina low-cement castable with addition of mullite fibre and its microstructure have been investigated. The results indicate that the MOR as well as CCS of the castable can be improved markablely with the addition of the fibre under an appropriate condition.
