摘要
以MgO69.3%,CaO30.7%,SiO20%-MgO82.2%,CaO0%,SiO217.8%假二元系相图为依据,着重研究了MgO-2MgO·SiO2系材料的高温特性,分析了低CaO/SiO2比镁炭质连铸用耐火材料;该材料具有良好的抗侵蚀性和弥合密封性、这是控制元件尤其是塞头。
Based on binary system phase diagram with MgO 69. 3%,CaO 30. 7a,SiO2 0% - MgO82. 2%. CaO 0%. SiO217. 8 %, the high temperature property of MgO-2MgO·SiO2 reflactory has been investigated and the MgO-C refractory with low CaO/SiO2 ratio used in con-casting has been analysed. The material possesses favourable properties of corrosion resistance, closing and sealing.
