摘要 根据低压下气体的p-V-T关系服从理想气体状态方程的性质,提出了一种用“气体法”测量任意形状固体体积或散粒状固体物质体积的新方法,并对该测量方法建立了实验装置,给出了实验结果和理论分析。该方法相对于“湿法”的优点是不会沾湿物料表面,不会影响吸水性固料体积测量结果,也不会引起金属等被测固料因沾湿而引起的可能腐蚀、溶解、潮解等,对于散粒状固体的平均真实比重可以用该方法进行折算。 According to the principle that under low presstire p-V-T properties of gasfollow the perfect-gas state equation,a new method for measurement of the volume of objects inarbitary shape or the volume of bulk material was proposed.A device of this method was installed。Experimental results and theoretical analysis were given。Compared with the method of immersionin water,this method has the advantage of avoiding soaking the surface and affecting the volumemeasurement results of hygroscopical material, and avoiding corrosion or dissolution and deliques-cence of metal or other materials。This method can be especially used to measure the average realspecific gravity of bulk materials。
