脑肿瘤射频热疗仪器的研制

摘要 设计并制作了一套工作频率为0.5MHz的射频组织间透热治疗系统。由于将肿瘤组织均匀地加热到治疗温度(如42℃左右)并持续一段时间,是透热疗法的关键和难点,因而精确的温度测量,准确的温度控制以及均匀的温度分布是本文所追求的目标。本文除研制了足以使肿瘤组织加热升温的射频功率源外,还研制了可靠的以PN结作传感器的测温系统和以变容二极管作控制单元的控温电路,具有温度多路采集、单方式显示和单通道监控的模拟实时控制方法,并且利用脑肿瘤的生物模拟材料进行了实验,证明本系统工作正常,性能可靠。 A compact system of RF insterstitial hyperthermia therapy with 0.5 MHz working fre-quency is designed and produced,The key point or difficult point of hyperthermia therapy is toheat tumor tiestoue to the therapy temperat ure(such as 42 ℃ above)uniformly and to sustain for awhile. Accurately temperature measuring,correctly temperature controlling and uniforn1ly temper-ature distributing are the seeking aims of the present paper.The reliable temperature measurement circuit wi th PN node as sensor and the temperaturecontrolled circuit with varactor diode,ECG618 as control unit are designed besides the powersource which gives enough energy to heat tumor tissue. Meanwhile,the analogue real time temper-ature method with multi sampling,one way displaying,mono channel and monitoring areprovided. Furthermore, it is proved that this system is working normally, and that theproperty isreliably by the experiment on biological brain tumor simulant material.
