摘要
通过摇瓶培养,从收集的四支金针菇菌株中筛选出一支较适合于悬浮培养的菌株-WJ.研究了锌盐对菌株WJ生长的影响及WJ对锌盐的吸收,得出1000mg/LZnSO_4为较佳添加锌浓度。700L发酵罐放大实验:菌丝体得率为0.92%,有机锌含量为4.78mg/g.发酵液中的菌丝体经过滤、洗涤、抽提、浓缩等工序加工制成口服液并对样品进行了检测。产品经小鼠免疫功能实验及益智实验,实验组与对照组有显著差异。
Zinc from zinc sulfate was incorporated into organic compounds by means of Flam-mulina velutipes submerged fermentation,and a liquid preparation for oral consumption contain-ing organic zinc was developed.One strain named WJ which is suitable for submerged fermenta-tion was selected from the four Flammulina velutipes strains by flask culture. The effect of vari-ous zinc concentrations on the WJ strain’s growth and its absorption of zinc were studied. The re-sults showed that 1000 mg/L zinc suphate was the optimal concentration for the WJ strain. ThisWJ strain was grown in a 7oo litre fermenter.the hyphal dry weight was 0.92%(w/v),the or-ganic zinc concentration in hyphae was 4.78 mg/g. By filtration, washing, extracting,concentrat-ing and other procedures,the hyphae were processed into a liquid for oral consumption.The Prod-ucts were fed to mice. Immune function tests and memory ability tests showed that the experimen-tal group responded significantly better than the control group.Flammulina velutipes submerged culture,zinc-enriched
