计算机辅助教学（ＣＡＩ）是一种新兴的现代化教育技术，全屏幕绘图具是ＣＡＩ的一个重要的辅助手段，主要为ＣＡＩ提供丰富多彩的图形和文字。本文对全屏幕绘图工具进行了研究和开发，同时介绍了该工具系统的主要功能及实施方法。该工具的研制为实现ＣＡＩ奠定了较好的基础。

Computer Aided Instruction(CAI)is a New technique of modern education. The full screen drawing tools is a important assist to CAI,it provided rich and colourful drawing and texts for CAI. in this paper,the development of full screen drawing tools has been discussed,the main functions of these tools and their realizing methods also have been introduced.
