Research on Development Microcomputer Control System for Specialized Combined Welding Machine for Steel─Plstics Compound Plate

为了提高钢－塑复合板材焊接生产效率和质量，研制了一种微机控制的专用组合焊机控制器。控制器具有动作位置、时间控制混合控制和单一时间控制方式，能对焊接电流实行闭环控制，提高了机组的可靠性。生产应用表明，工作效率和焊接质量显著提高。

In order to raise the productivity and heighten the quality in welding the plastics plate sandwiched with steel wires,this paper has developed a controller for the specialized combined welding machine. This device has two operational modes:single timing and dual timingpositioning, which enables the weldillg current to be feed back controlled and, therefore,increasesthe relability of this machine unit.Practices have shown a significant increase ill working efficiency and weld quality.
