摘要 研究了甲醇—乙酸乙酯气喷气炉内直接制备气氛的碳势控制问题,建立了以温度T、甲烷含量、二氧化碳含量为参数的三因素碳势计算模型。该模型真实地反映了该种炉气的碳势变化情况。经过几百次的试验表明,实测碳势值与模型计算值最大偏差为0.053%。 In this paper, the authors have studied the problem of controlling the carbon potential in the furnace using methanol - ethylacetate as a spraying agent and hence set up a mathematical model including three factors, e, g. temperature (T), CH4 - content(%)and CO2-content (%).This model really rcflects the changing status of the carbon potential in that kind of furnace gas atmosphere. Through hundreds of tesrs, the results have shown a very good agreement between the maesured values and the calculated ones with a maximun error 0. 053(WT% ).
