摘要
通脉丸是治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的一种中草药复方制剂,其总有效率达95.9%。为探索疗效机理,本文以大鼠足跖炎性水肿和炎症肉芽囊模型观察通脉丸对炎性渗出和增生过程的影响,结果表明,通脉丸能明显地抑制炎症的渗出和增生过程:治疗组炎症反应轻,大鼠足跖炎症早、中、晚期的肿胀率明显地低于对照组(P<0.05),以及大鼠炎症肉芽囊内渗出液减少、肉芽囊壁薄、纤维组织增生及炎性细胞浸润均较少(P<0.001),这些结果表明通脉丸具有明显的抗炎作用,这可能是该药治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的机理之一。
Tongmal Wanji consisting of several components of traditional medicines may protect thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO), and its total clinical curative effects is about 95.90%, In order to explore the mechanism anti-TAO effect of Tongmal Wanji, an inflammation exudation and proliferation process have been studied with inflammatory edema of phalange and granular sacs models in rats. The results suggested that these inflammatory alterations were significantly inhibited by Tongmal wanji. The swelling ratio of phalange decreased more significantly in treated group than in the control group (P<0.05). Amount of inflammatory exudate of granular sacs decreased and the walls become thinner; proliferation of connective tissue and inflammatory cells inflitration were lesser those that of control group (P<0.001). These results indicate that Tongmal Wangji's anti-inflammation effects may be one of its mechanisms in treating thromboangiitis obliterans.
