四种小鼠白血病细胞株免疫学分型的研究

Immunological typing study of four strains of murine leukemias

本文通过卵白素生物素复合物(简称ABC)标记的抗Thy1.2,Lyt-1,Lyt-2和IaK^2四种单克隆抗体和马抗小鼠IgG抗体研究了L7212-85,L7811-85,L1210-86和P388-86四种小鼠白血病细胞株的免疫学分型。实验结果提示L-7212-85和L7811-85属于抑制性T淋巴细胞性白血病,P388-86属于B淋巴细胞性白血病,L1210-86属于非T非B细胞性白血病。

The immunocytochemical characteristics of four-cell strains of murine leukemias in vitro were investigated with monoclonal antibodies Thy1.2, Lyt-1, Lyt-2, Iak2 and horse anti-mouse IgG antibody, using the ABC immunological method. Results showed that all the tumor cells from L7212-85 and L7811-85 were strongly positive for Thy1.2 and Lyt-2 and negative for Lyt-1, Iak2 and IgG, indicating their origin from suppressor T-lymphocyte, All the tumor cells from L1210-86 were negative for Thy1.2, Lyt-1, Lyt-2,? Iak2 and IgG, indicating their origin from non-T non-B lymphocyte. All the tumor cells from P388-86 were strongly positive for Iak2 and IgG and negative for Thy1.2, Lyt-1 and Lyt-2, indicating their origin from the B-lymphocyte. The other related data are discussed.
