LF Regular Open sets and Quasi-continuity Mapping

拟从一般拓扑空间中有关正则开集的另外一种等价形式出发，采用作者在文［２］中的ＬＦ半开集概念、给出了一种新的ＬＦ正则开集定义．引出了一种介于连续映射与几乎连续映射之间的次连续映射，得到了若干结论．

Generalize a new definition on regular open sets from LF topological space which is a different form. And lead to a new kind of continuity mapping called quasi-continuity mapping which is exactly between the continuity and almost continuity mapping.
