齿轮抗弯曲疲劳可靠度预测的方法

摘要 把齿轮弯曲疲劳失效处理成随机事件,以这个随机事件为研究对象,用齿轮抗弯曲疲劳的累积损伤强度Kw和总疲劳损伤量Dw来描述弯曲疲劳失效随机事件,得出用概率描述的弯曲疲劳的疲劳累积损伤模型。用这个计算模型,提出齿轮抗弯曲疲劳可靠度预测的方法。 By using a new viewpoint that the fatigue failure of the gear under bending load is treated as a random event, and by the use of researching the event, the paper presents the method for calculation the reliability of gear fatigue problems under bending load. Two new random variables Kw and Dw are put forward in the paper. Kw is the fatigue damage strength of the gear which indicates the inherent ability of the gear to resist the fatigue damage under the bending load. Dw is the overall fatigue damage quantity which indicates the fatigue damage degree of the gear that the gear has suffered when the gear is under bending load in the life span. Using Kw and Dw to describe the random event of the bending fatigue failure of the gear, the paper puts forward a cumulative fatigue damage probabilistic model of the gear fatigue problem under a bending load. Based on the model, the method for calculating the reliability of gear fatigue problems under bending loads is put forward.
