Key Technology of CAD/CAM Integration System

结合开发国产化软件的实践，详细论述了开发ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ集成系统中的几个关键技术：包括用户界面设计、系统结构设计、数据管理、信息处理、图形支持软件、关键算法以及软件开发的工程化管理等几个方面。从软件工程的角度出发，分析了为适应大规模ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统开发中并行作业的需要，用户界面设计、信息处理设计、图形支持软件的设计方法和原则。为实现ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ集成系统的可修改性、可扩充性和可移植性，作者直接将面向对象方法用于系统的结构设计。在此基础上给出了在关系数据库和网状数据库支持下的两种不同三维几何造型系统的数据模式，提出了立足于三维空间和参数化描述的关键算法设计思想，阐述了集成系统中基础算法、基本几何元素定义算法及高级曲面算法的实现过程。最后介绍了在ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ集成系统开发中加强工程化管理的体会。

Based on the practice of the nationalizational CAD/CAM software, this paper discusses some key technologies of CAD/CAM integration system, including user interface design, system construction design, data management, information process, graphics support system, key algorithms, engineering management of software development, etc. From the view point of software engineering, the design methods and rules for user interface design, information process and graphics support system are analysed so as to fulfil the needs of the synchronous development for large scale CAD/CAM systems. In order to realize the modifiableness, portability and extensibility of the CAD/CAM integration system, the authors apply the object-oriented method directly to CAD/CAM construction design. Upon the above basis, they provide the two different data modes of 3D geometric modelling system for relational database and root database, present the design idea of the key algorithms which are described upon the 3D space and parameterization descriptions, and also describe the basic algorithms, definition algorithms of geometric elements and advanced surface algorithms in the integration system. Finally, some experience to enhance the level of engineering management is introduced for the development of CAD/CAM integration systems.
