摘要
对含缺陷压力容器与管道安全评定的方法众多,而先漏后爆评定准则(LBB准则)是一种简便、安全而又经济的新评定方法。它根据不同的失效理论,将复杂的断裂力学评定方法简化成失效评定图供技术人员使用。本文根据韧带失效的原理,建立了带纵向裂纹压力容器与管道的LBB失效评定图,对核电站(1300MWe)主回路冷却管进行了全尺寸试验,证明试验结果与理论计算结果基本吻合。
篢her are various procedures of safety assessment for pressure vessels and piping with de-fects.The LBB assessment criterion is a simple,reliable and economical method,in which the labor- ous fracture assessment is reduced to the failure assessment diagram for technicians in terms of various failure theories.In this paper the LBB failure assessment diagram used for pressure vessels and piping with longitudinal cracks was established based on ligament failure theory.Full scale tests of the piping used as the primary cooling piping in German 1300 MWe PWR were performed,and the experimental results coincide with the calculated results.
