摘要
针对多孔物料在微波冷风时而干燥过程中出现流速变化对干燥速率无影响区间或称为Re自模化区这一现象,采用集总参数分析法,从理论上对多孔物料的微波对流干燥过程进行量化分析,找出Re自模化区的范围。结合实验结果,对这一现象的成因作出解释,从而获得一些有益的结论。
篢here is an area of drying rate unvarying with air flow velocity,which is called self-sim-ulation area of Re Number,during porous media drying of microwave and cold air convection. Ac-cording to the phenomenon, by means of lumped parameter analysis,a quantitative analysis of the area was made in theory for porous media drying of microwave and convection. The size of self-simu-lation area of Re N umber was found in theory and experiments.According to the results of experi-ments, the reason of forming self- simulation area of Re N umber was discussed. Some conclusions were obtained for benefit of design and experiment of porous media drying of microwave and cold air convection.
