摘要
８００Ｌ分段式内循环气升反应器冷模实验结果表明：该型式的反应器具有良好的混合与传质性能。应用于Ｌ－苹果酸发酵，菌体收率、发酵周期等指标均优于同等规模的机械搅拌罐。
Abstract：Experimental studies on hydrodynamics and mass transfer characteristics were carried outin an 800L internal-circulation-lcop airlift bioreactor with divided draft tube. The results indicatedthat this kind of ALR had fine mixing and mass transfer effect．Higher cell yield and shorter fermenta-tion peried were obtained by using this kind of ALR in L-malic acid production than by using thestirred tank reactor with the same volume.Key worlis：internal-circulation-loop airlift bioreator with divided draft tube，gas hold-up，mixingtime，volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient，cell yield.
