This paper discusses kinds of amplitude distribution models of sea echo-noise of a short distance Radar svstem. The discussed models of sea clutters are first discretted,then simulated by a digital computes,and their power spectrum can be designed according to wants by using frequency domain sampling method.The clutters generated byalove methods are used to test the ability of anti-background noise of a short distanceRadar-fuze svstem,and the resultS are valuable.
