稀土高强锌基合金耐磨性研究

摘要 该文根据锌基合金不同使用工况,利用SRV滑动摩擦磨损实验仪和M-200磨损实验机研究了ZA_(27)CuMgRE合金同材质为摩擦副,以及与45 ̄#钢配副的摩擦磨损特性,研究发现,合金在30 ̄#机油润滑时同材质或与45 ̄#钢配副都具有良好的耐磨性能;而于摩擦工况下易发生粘着,不宜使用,但也证明在短时间润滑失效时仍具有良好的拉伤抗力。合金中加入0.1%~0.6%稀土,能使微观组织得到改善,耐摩擦磨损性能提高20%~50%以上。 Under different service conditions of Zinebasedalloy,the resistant frictionalproperties of ZA27CuMgRE,with the same material friction couples and 45# steel frictioncouples are studied’with the help of SRV and M-200 sliding friction wear testing machine. It has been found that the alloy with the same material friction couples and 45# steel friction couple has good resistant frictional properities,under 30# lubricant-oil.It is not suitable for dry friction but the zine alloy could still work safely for a short time,when lubrication failure happens,Adding 0.1%~0.6%RE to the alloy will improve the microstructure and raise the resistant friction wear properties by 20%~50%.
