摘要
该文讨论了三维物体隐面消除的并行处理问题。在对串行算法进行深入研究,并根据并行化的需要进行适当修改的基础上,给出了一类改进的MIMD并行深度缓冲器算法,并在多Transputer系统上实现。文中还对有关算法的效率进行了比较,算例表明实际效率与理论分析相符。
The parallel processing of 3D object's hidden surface elimination is discussed,and improved MIMD z-buffer algorithms are proposed based on a careful studyand analysis as well as an appropriate modification of the sequential algorithm.The algorithms have been implemented on a muItitransputer system,and their efficiences are compared.The examples of the algorithms indicate that the practical efficiencies meet with thetheoretical analysis.
