用自旋标记ESR波谱法测定磷脂的相变温度

TRANSITION TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT OF DPPC WITH ESR SPIN LABEL

用自旋标记物Ｔｅｍｐｏ（２，２，６，６－四甲基哌啶－１－氮氧基）标记生物膜磷脂ＤＰＰＣ（二棕榈酰胆碱）；用电子顺磁共振波谱仪（ＥＳＲ）测定该磷脂的相变温度；用差示扫描量热仪（ＤＳＣ）对结果进行验证和比较，指出自旋标记ＥＳＲ波谱法测定磷脂相变温度的优点。

This paper presents an introduction of transition temperature measurement of DPPC(dipolmitoylphosphatidycholine) labeled with Tempol[2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl(structurel1].The measurement is done by means of electronic spin resonance spectrometer.At the same time, the differential scanning calorlmeter has been used to check and compare the measured results.The advantage of this measuring method is also discussed in the paper.
