摘要
用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)法研究了4只仔猪大脑皮质十字前回和后回传入神经的来源。将HRP注入十字前回,在蓝斑、中缝背核、中脑中央灰质、丘脑背内侧核、腹前核、腹外侧核和板内核、十字前回和薛氏回等诸多结构内出现标记细胞。将HRP注入十字后回,在蓝斑、中脑中央灰质、中缝背核、丘脑外侧核群、背内侧核、板内核、十字前回和后回、冠状回和扣带回等处出现标记细胞。结果表明,此二回均接受广泛的传入纤维;在丘脑皮质联系中,十字前国主要接受与运动有关的丘脑核团的传入,而十字后回主要接受与感觉有关及联络性丘脑核国的传入纤维。
Origin of the afferent fibers of the precruciate and petcruciate gyri in the piglets was investigated by retrograde transport of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Following application of HRP tO the precruciste gyrus the labelled cells were found in the locus ceruleus (LC), dorsal raphe nucleus (DR), midbrain central grey matter (CGM). dorsal medial nucleus (DM), ventral lateral nucleus (VL), ventral anterior nucleus (VA), intralaminar nuclei, precruciate and sylvian gyri. The labelled cells were seen in the LC, DR, CGM, lateral thalamic nuclei,DM, intralaminar nuclei, precruciate gyrus, postcruciate gyrus, coronal gyrus, and gyrus cinguli after injecting HRP into the postcruciate gyrus. The results show that these two gyri receive broad afferent fibers from different brain areas. So far as thalamic-cortical projections are concerned, the precruciate gyrus receives the afferent fibers mainly from the thalamic nuclei involved in motor activity, and the postcruciate gyrus receives those mainly from the sensory and associative thalsmic nuclei.
