摘要
对人工感染兔出血症病毒的淋巴-网状器官进行组织病理学、超微结构及免疫组织化学的动态研究。结果表明;(1)各淋巴-网状器官出现网状细胞、巨噬细胞及浆细胞反应性增生的免疫应答反应及淋巴细胞损伤性变化,主要表现为淋巴滤泡萎缩、出血及局灶性淋巴细胞或网状细胞的坏死。(2)各淋巴-网状细胞出现程度不同的细胞病理效应(CPE),尤以胸腺和圆小囊较明显,初期表现为线粒体肿胀和内质网空泡化,进入濒死期时,表现为淋巴-网状细胞的坏死。(3)该病毒对淋巴-网状细胞有亲嗜性,证明病毒可直接侵害淋巴-网状器官,引起免疫缺陷,从而促使本病的发生。
A dynamic observation about histopathologic, ultrastructral and immunohistochemical changes of lympho-reticulo-organs of the rabbit experimentally infected with RHDV was made. (1 )In histopathology: lympho-reticulo-organs of the rabbit injected with viruses showed two changer: the immune-response characterized by the reflextive proliferation of reticulocytes, macrophages and plasma cells and the injured lesions of lymphocytes . (2)In ultrastructure: different extent cytophathic effects (CPE) occured in all kinds of cells of lympho- reticulo- organs, especially in thymus and cycloid blader. During the period of body temperature rising, the marked changes were found mainly in organelles. In high fever there were obviously pathological changes in nucleus. During dying period, there were necresis of lymphocytes reticulocytes and plasma cells. (3)In immunohistochemistry: the cells infected by RHDV were lymphocyter and reticulocytes of liver, spleen, thymus, lymph nodes, cycloid blader, tonsils, etc. RHDV mainly exist in cytoplasm. During dying period, they spread out of the cells and come to the intercelluar space. The results suggested the RHDV has an affinity to lymphocytes and mononuclear phogocytes; the virus may encroach directly on lympho-reticulo-organs, laaed to immunodeficiency and promote death of the sick rabbits.
