摘要
猪体内、外成熟卵子与体外获能精子进行受精，其卵裂率分别为４３．６％和１９．６％，两者差异极显著。体内获能精子与体外成熟卵子进行受精，其受精率和卵裂率分别为５５．０％和２２．５％，均高于体外获能精子组的水平，但差异都不显著．体内获能精子不能经受常规的精子冷冻程序。
After in vitro fertilization, the cleavage rate of oocytes matured in vivo was higher than that in vitro (43. 6 % vs 19. 6 % ). The fertilization rates of spermatozoa capacitated in vivo and in vitro were 55. 0%, 37. 5 % and the cleavage rates were 22. 5%, 12. 8% respectively. There was no real difference in the two kinds of rates. The capecitated spermatozoa were unable to stand the conventional procedure of sperm freezing.
