南京市郊大气二氧化硫、氟化物、氯化物对蔬菜食用部位的影响及评价(课题总报告)

摘要 本试验对市郊蔬菜食用部位的二氧化硫、氟化物、氯化物含量进行测定,分析结果表明:(1)大气氟、氯、硫对蔬菜食用部位的污染,氯化物大于氟化物和二氧化硫。市郊蔬菜食用部位氟含量在正常范围内,硫、氯含量在正常范围内略偏高。(2)不同年份、不同季节的蔬菜食用部位含污量有所差异。(3)不同种蔬菜的食用部位吸污能力是不同的。一般叶菜类蔬菜食用部位含污量普遍较高,果菜类蔬菜食用部位含污量较低。提出了防治大气污染的对策。 In this experiment, we have analysed and determinted the contents of sulphur dioxide, fluoride and chloride in the edible - parts of vegetable in the suburbs. It shows;(1) The polluted degree of vegetable edible-part is that chloride-pollution is heavier than fluoride-pollution and sulphur-pollution, the fluoride contents of vegetable edible-aprts are within the normal limits, but sulphur and chlorine contents are slightly high of normal.(2) In different seasons and years, the pollutant contents of vegetable edible-parts are different. (3) The absobing pollutant ablities of different kinds of vegetable edible-parts are not alike. Generally, the edible-leaf-vegetable's pollutant contents are higher than the edible-fruit-vegetable's. Morever, we put forward the countermeasure of prevention and cure of air polluted.
