农业基础地位论辩思

A THOUGHT ABOUT THE FOUNDATIONAL POSITION OF AGRICULTURE IN NATIONAL ECONOMY

传统农业基础论的主要观点(即6大贡献:食物、原料、劳力、资金、市场和创汇),随着社会经济的发展已难以真正说明农业的基础地位。新形势下必须从理论上深化对农业基础地位的认识:1.农业为基础,应包括农业是自身发展的基础;2.发达的经济必须有一个发达的农业;3.农业基础地位的增强依赖于农民的增收。

With the development of the social economy, the foundational position of agriculture can not be explained by the major viewpoints of the traditional theory, (i. e, the six contributions; food, material, labour force, fund, market, and making foreign currency) and it must be developed in theory in the new situation: 1. Agriculture is the foundation, including that agriculture is the foundation for its self-development. 2. There must be a developed agriculture for the developed economy. 3. Foundational position of agriculture must be strenthened by the increasing of peasants's income.
