摘要
运用能见度理论和双目偏光能见度测定仪原理，讨论了夜间气象能见度的测量原理和一种新的测量方法，并完成了初步的野外对比试验，得出了比较结论。
Using visibility theory and the principle of the binocu lar polarized-light visibility me-ter,the measuring principle is discussed with a new method developed for nocturnal visibilitymeasurement.Atentative field contrast test was performed with the results presented in this pa-per.
