血清总钙与脂质相关性的研究

The Correlation Between Serum Total Calcium and Various Lipids

我们测定了１８１例正常人的血清（男９７，女８４）以探讨血清总钙（ＴＣａ）与总胆固醇（ＴＣ）和甘油三酯（ＴＧ）的相关性，其中１１９例（男６５，女５４）又用以探讨ＴＣａ与低密度脂蛋白（ＬＤＬ），极低密度脂蛋白（ＶＬＤＬ）和高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ）的相关性。结果显示ＴＣａ与ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＬＤＬ和ＶＬＤＬ有极为显著的相关性，而ＴＣａ与ＨＤＬ无相关性。

Serum of 181 healthy persons(male 97, female 84)was analyzed for elucidation of the correlation between serum total calcium(TCa)and total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG). The correlation between TCa,LDL, VLDL and HDL was investigated in 119(male 65, female 54) normal persons, The results revealed significant correlation between TCa, TC, TG, LDL and VLDL. No correlation was found between TCa and HDL.
