非何杰金氏淋巴瘤侵犯中枢神经系统

CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM INVOLVEMENT IN NON-HODGKIN'S LYMPHOMA

分析１１５例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）中１１例发生中枢神经系统（ＣＮＳ）侵犯的临床、病理资料和治疗经过，结果提示某些具有病理类型恶性程度高、腹膜后淋巴结侵犯、骨髓浸润及其他结外浸润的侵犯ＣＮＳ高危因素的ＮＨＬ病人，早期给予预防性治疗可能是有益的。

This paper reports that there are 11 cases with central nervous system(CNS) involvement in 115 cases of Non-Hodykin's Lymphoma(NHL). The clinical and pathological information and treating processes are analysed. The results suggest that prophylactic therapy may be beneficial to the patients of NHL who have risk factors of involving CNS.
