摘要
采用空气中固态反应的方法,制备了一系列Ca、Cu的含量不同的Bi(Sb)系超导材料。对这些样品进行了超导性能测量,X射线衍射分析以及扫描电镜的形貌观察,系统地研究了Bi(Sb)系中Ca、Cu的含量对材料的相转变及超导性能的影响,发现各义组分中适量的Ca、Cu的超比例可以促进2212相向2223相的转变.样品中多余的Ca、Cu以Ca_2CuO_2多晶体存在,过量的Ca、Cu的加入使样品的超导性能变差。
y solid state reaction in air ,a series of Bi(Sb) system samples Bi_1.9Sb_0.1Sr_2Ca_nCu_(n+1)O_y areprepared ,in which the amount of Ca and Cu are different. We systematically investigated the ef-fect of Ca and Cu on Bi(Sb)system material phase transition and superconducting properities byXRD,SEM and superconductivity measurement.We found that just the right addition of Ca andCu in initial composition can accelerate phase transition from 2212 to 2223. The surplus part of Caand Cu in the sample formed Ca_2CuO_3.Adding too much of Ca and Cu will destroy the sample 'ssuperconducting properities.
