植物生长调节剂对金针菇菌丝生长的影响

An Effect of the Plant Growth Regulators on the Hypha’s Growth of Flammulina velutipes(Fr)Sing

植物生长调节剂对金针菇生长的促进作用报道甚少。根据我们的研究结果，以０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＩＡＡ、２０ｍｇ／Ｌ的α一ＮＡＡ促进金针菇菌丝生长效果最好，其菌丝生长速度比对照增加２６．３％。其次是１～２ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＩＡＡ、５～１０ｍｇ／Ｌｒα一ＮＡＡ、１ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＧＡ，其菌丝生长速度比对照增加２１．１％。

The effect were few reported for the plant growth regulators toaccelerate the growth of Flammulina velutipes. We have finished the experiments, Itindicated that the effect of IAA 0.5mg/L and α一NAA 20mg/L accelerating toFlammulina velutipes was best, which hypha’s growing一speed increased 26.3%thanthat of the control one. IAA 1一2mg/L,α一NAA 5一10mg/L and GA 1mg /L followed,which hypha’sgrowing一speed increased 21.1%.
