The karyotype analysis of little chromosome plant,such as Caragana microphylla (2n=16, mean langth=3.0517) can get highly accuracy and reliability of homologous chromosome pairing with the method of fuzzy clustering, and a new way for the karyotype analysis has been found by this method.
