滩涂围垦对沿海水闸排水的影响

以江苏东台市的梁垛闸及东台闸为例，计算了参与闸下流槽的各种落潮水量的组成及其围垦前后落潮滩面归槽水量的变化，认为我国目前条件下的潮上带围垦在一般潮汛下影响不大；而在风暴潮或秋季大潮汛时有一定影响，但可通过增加２－３次冲淤保港水量来解决．

There exists a lot of land resource in the tidal flat in plain mud coast.The reclaiming land from coastal marshes is imperative.The water volume which inflows into flow course below tidegate from reclaimed marshes cuts off in the late ebb phase.Whether or not does the decreased water volume aggradate siltation of tidegate? The paper indicates that the reclaiment of supertidal zone getting on at present in China does not obviously influence to the siltation in normal high tidal level.At a storm surge or fall spring tide though the influence can reach a certain degree,it can be removed by artificial scour for which the water volume required equals 2-3 times that is required in each tide in normal tidal condition in order to preserve a deeper flow course.
