The Raman Spectra of the antibacterial peptide β-Component of Silkworm.Bombyx Mori. Pupae in aqueous solution have been studied.The results show all the characteristic Raman band of this peptide that its structure of the main-chain consists of lots of α-helieal and only a few β-sheet,β-turn.This suggests that the antibacterial peptide β-component may be the glycopeptide.
