可乐宁对高血压病人细胞内游离钙及交感神经活性的影响

摘要 观察了21例原发性高血压病人口服可乐宁前后血小板胞浆游离钙、血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)、肾上腺素诱导的血小板聚集率的变化。结果发现,高血压病人上述指标均比正常人明显增高,血小板胞浆内游离钙增高程度与血压增高呈正相关,其余3项指标增高程度与血压增高程度无明显相关。可乐宁治疗后高血压病人NE水平明显降低,但细胞游离钙无明显变化。提示交感神经活性增加、细胞内游离钙增高作为两个独立的因子参与高血压发病。 hanges in concentration of plasma norepinephrine(NE),angiotentsion Ⅱ(AT Ⅱ),plateletcytosolic free calcium,and epinephrine-induced platelet aggregation were studied in 21 normoten-sive and 21 hypertensive suUects before and after cloiiidine 225~450ug/d for 2 weeks,It wasfound that all the four parameters in hypertensive patients were higher than those in the normalsubjects and the increase in cytosolic free calcium positively corelated to the elevation of bloodpressure,After clonidine,the concentration of NE was reduced significantly while the level ofplatelet cytosolic free calcium had not any significant change. It suggested that hyperactive sympa-thetic nerve and increased sytosolic free calcium were two indepentent factors for hypertension.
