“乐利齿”与水剂的研制及其抑菌活性

摘要 以结晶氯化铝与纯碱作用,生成一水软铝石,再与小苏打反应,制备得到二经碳酸铝钠(药名:Rolaids),经X-衍射及等离子发射光谱,证明符合美国药典标准。再加摩擦剂碳酸钙、碱化剂小苏打、适量矫味剂及水,制成水剂。体外抑菌试验表明,乐利齿对口腔牙周病主要菌群─—产,黑色素类杆菌、核梭形杆菌、消化链球菌均有明显的抑菌作用,是一种防治牙周病及龋齿的新型药物。 rystalline aluminum chloride reacted with sodium carbonate,hydroxyluminum oxide mono-hydrate was formed.It changed to dihydroxyaluminum sodium carbonate(rolaids)by reactingwith sodium bicarbonate。 The data of power X一 diffraction and inductively coupled plasma spec-trometry showed that rolaids is in agreement with U.S.pharmacopeia,The rolaids liquor was pre-pared from rolaids,water,abradant CaCO3,alkalizing agent NaHCO3 and corrective. Extracorpore-al bacteriostatic tests showed that the rolaids liquor has obvious bacteriostatic activity to primaryperiodontopathy flora-bacteroides melaninogenicus,fusobacterium nucleatum and peptostrepto-coccus. Therefor it is a new drug for prevention and treatment of periodontopathy and dental carles.
