人LAK细胞的细胞化学活性与其细胞毒性关系的探讨

摘要 对诱导1d、3d、5dLAK细胞作ANAE、ACP、POX及PAS细胞化学染色,同时采用LDH释放法对LAK细胞的细胞毒性进行了检测。结果显示,随诱导天数的延长,LAK细胞胞质中ANAE、ACP和PAS的反应物逐渐增多、增强,阳性率也逐渐增高,不同天数组间有显著性差异(P<0.001)。POX均为阴性反应。细胞毒性试验证实,随诱导天数的延长LAK细胞杀伤活性逐渐增强。这表明LAK细胞的细胞化学活性与其细胞毒性密切相关,为了解LAK细胞的激活状态提供了形态学依据。 he cytotoxicity and cytochemistry(ANAE,ACP,POX,PAS)of LAK cells after 1,3,and 5days induction were investigated,respectively. The results showed that with the prolongation ofinduction,the cytotoxicity and cytochemistry positive reaction of the LAK cells became stronger,and they had more strong positive reaction and a higher positive percentage of ANAE,ACP andPAS after 5 days induction than after 1,3 days induction, but the POX had a negative reaction. Cytotoxicity test demonstrated that the LAK cells had a higher lysis activity after 5 days induc-tion than after 1,3 days induction. Our results indicate that LAK cell cytotoxicity may have somerelation with its cytochemistric characteristics.It provides morphological evidence for studying theactivation of thehuman LAK cell.
