鬼臼乙叉甙诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞程序化死亡的实验研究

PROGRAMMED CELL DEATH OF MOUSE SPLEEN LYMPHOCYTES INDUCED BY ETOPOSIOE IN VITRO

鬼臼乙叉甙（ｅｔｏｐｏｓｉｄｅ，ＶＰ１６）体外实验诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞程序化死亡并与自然死亡组和正常对照组比较，表明ＶＰ１６诱导组与自然死亡组所致的ＰＣＤ结果是一致的。本实验建立了程序化细胞死亡研究的实验方法。

PCD(Programmed cell death)of mouse spleen lymphocytes in vitro was induced by etopo-side(VP16)and was compared with natural death and that of normal control.Afeature of PCDwas similar found in natural death and VP-16-induced cells. An experiment method was estab-lished for studying PCD of leukemia further.
