我国铁路人群生殖道支原体感染的血清流行病学研究

SEROEPIDEMIOLOGICAL SERVEY ON GENITAL MYCOPLASMAL INF CTIONS IN POPULATION OF RALWAY AREAS IN CHINA

用ＰＨＡ法对２９个铁路地区７５４９名健康人和昆明铁路分局１００３名不同职业人群进行了解脲脲原体（Ｕｕ）和人型支原体（Ｍｈ）抗体水平检测。结果表明，生殖道支原体流行范围相当广泛，所有地区都存在不同程度的感染。Ｕｕ抗体平均阳性率为９．１０％，ＧＭＩ为１：３．５９；Ｍｈ抗体平均阳性率为２．６６％，ＧＭＴ为１：４．４１。揭示了我国铁路人群Ｕｕ和Ｍｈ感染的基本特点，为我国（尤其铁路系统）制定泌尿生殖道支原体感染症的防治措施提供了依据。

ntibodies to Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)were detected withpassive hemoagglutination in 7 549 healthy persons from 29 railway areas of China and 1 003 per-sons with di fferent occupations under Kunmin regional railway administration.The resultsshowed an existence of Mycoplasmal infections in all the areas studied with a different preva- lence.The average positive rate of antibodies to Uu was 9.1%with a GMT of 1 : 3.59,and toMh 2.66%with a GMT of 1 :4.41.The data discovered the characteristics of Uu and Mh infec-tion in railway population of China.It provides knowledge of strategy and countmeasure to controlthe genitourinary mycoplasmal infection in China.
