摘要
布地奈德（Ｂｕｄｅｓｏｎｉｄｅ）是一种非卤代化糖皮质激素，具有比其他同类药物更强的局部抗炎作用。本研究采用随机双盲、空白对照方法，７４例轻、中度哮喘病人中，３６例用布地奈德气雾剂治疗，３８例用空白对照气雾剂。经４周治疗，结果显示，治疗组在肺功能提高（ＦＥＶ１，ＦＥＶ１％，Ｐ值）曹均小于０．００１）、减少合用β２激动剂（Ｐ＜０．０１）以及症状体征改善方面均优于对照组，副作用与对照组无差异。说明布地奈德气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘具有较高的有效性和安全性。
udesonide is one of
preparations of non- halogenated glucocorticosteroid which has beenshown to have greater
local antiinflammatory activity. Seventy-two patients with slight or moder-ate asthma were
studied with random,double- blind and placebocontrolled design. Thirty- six pa-tients were
treated with inhaled budesonkde and 38 with placebo, After four weeks,the treatedgroup had a
significant improvement of symptoms,lung function(FEV1,FEV1 %,P<0.001)andβ2-agonist
usage was reduced(P<0.018 ).There was no different with regard to the side effectbetvVeen the
two groups.
