微型体外循环机充氮建立离体肺灌注工作模型

摘要 采用自制微型体外循环机充氮气建立离体肺灌注工作模型,用以研究供体移植肺保存的效果。对32只新西荫兰白兔离体肺保存6小时后进行实验研究,微型体外循外机的氮气流量与血流量之比为2:1时,可造成PO2<5KPa的模拟静脉血,用这样的血灌注肺动脉并分别采取肺动、静脉血做血气分析,可了解肺保存后的换气功能。此外还可测定肺动脉灌注压和气道压的变化。 The article presents an isolated perfused working lung model established by miniature extracorporeal circulation apparatus(MECA) filled with nitrogen to study the preservation of donor lung,In the experimental study of 32 isolated rabbit lungs undergoing six-hour ischemia,the artificial″venous blood″with PO2<5kPa would be made by that the ratio of nitrogen flow to blood flow in the MECA is 2:1.When the pulmonary artery is perfused with such unoxygenated blood and the isolated lung ventilated by ventilator,the gas exchange function of the isolated rabbit lung can be measured by means of sampling blood from both pulmonary ariery and vein for blood gas analysis;in addition the changes of perfusion and airway pressure can also be measured during pulmonary perfusion.
