摘要 本文旨在探讨非高斯链情形下肌肉的弹性.我们根据高分子聚合物链构象统计理论,考虑到肌肉中真实分子链的“排除体积效应”,采用了自避无规行走的链构象统计方法,获得了肌肉在一维拉伸时熵变和应力的一般表示式.并讨论了蛋白质分子链的“排除体积效应”对肌肉弹性的影响.研究结果表明:非高斯形分子链的体积效应对肌肉的熵值和应力均有影响;肌肉的熵变随分子链体积效应的增大而变慢;肌肉弹性变差. The present paper is to discuss the elasticity of muscle in case of non-Gauss chains. The effect of exclusive volume in the problem of inter-tangling of high-polymer chains has been taken into account in studying the elasticity of the muscle. According to the theory of configurational statistics of high-polymer chains, the theoretical expressions for the changes of entropy and stress in the case of one dimensional stretching muscle are obtained by using statistical model of SAW (Self Avoiding Walk) and method of thermodynamics. The theoretical results show that there are effects in the entropy and stress of muscle with exclu-sive volume effect in high-polymer chains. Increasing the exclusive volume effect,the stress of the muscle decreases with a weakening of muscular elasticity.
