摘要
用光镜和扫描电镜观察经0.5%BFPG染色的牙本质龋标本,发现着色区感染严重,脱钙明显,牙本质结构破坏;未着色区虽有轻度脱矿,但无明显细菌感染,且有再矿化现象.结果表明:用品红龋杆液染色,可将牙本质龋内外两层分开,作为确定去净感染牙本质的标准是可靠的.
Carious denting specimens stained with 0. 5% BFPG were examined under optical microscope and SEM. In the stained area,dentin was highly demineralized inyested by bacteria with disruption of dentin structure. The unstained dentin was slightly demineralized, not obviously infected,and remineralization occurred. The result indicates that fuchsin stain-ing method is able to distinguish two layers of carious dentin.
