摘要
在抗原、抗体和酶标记抗体中加入不同量的叠氮钠(NaN_3),用不加NaN_3的组作对照,观察NaN_3在酶标记免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)中的影响,用斜率比值法计算相对抑制率,经两标本直线回归方程比较,用t检验,结果证明NaN_3对酶标记抗体的抑制作用最强,含0.02%NaN_3的酶标记抗体即丧失47.9%的活性(P<0.01);其次是对抗原的抑制作用,含0.1%NaN_3时抗原活性被抑制18.3%(0.05>P>0.02);而0.2%NaN_3,对包被包抗体活性无明显的影响(P>0.5).
Different amounts of NaN3 were added to the antigen,the antibody and the enzyme-linked antibody with an aim to compare its influence on. ELISA Slope-ratio-method was used to calculate the relative inhibitory rate. With the linear regression equation and t-test,the two samples were compared. The results demonstrated that NaN3 exerted its strongest inhibitory effect on the enzyme-linked antibody, and next came the antigen. The enzyme-linked antibody with 0. 02% NaN3 lost 47. 9% of its activity (P<0. 01). With 0.1 % NaN3, the antigen was inhibited by 18. 3% of its activity (0. 05>P>0. 02). While 0. 2% NaN3 has no marked influence on the activity of the coat antibody.
