摘要
口腔颌面外科手术对麻醉的要求较高。合适的麻醉深度、术后苏醒早对术中、术后的安全起着保障作用。本文应用静吸夏合麻醉共２９７例，结果显示本麻醉方法诱导迅速、麻醉深浅易控制、呼吸道干燥、苏醒期短、安全性高。在口腔颌面外科手术中具有较高的使用价值。
This paper reports intravenous anesthesia combined with inhalation by enflurane or isoflurane for oral-maxillofacial surgery in 297 cases. It is emphasized that the method is superior to total intravenous balanced anesthesia in:(1)anesthesia being smooth,(2)patients show early recovery of consciousness,(3)air-way being kept clean,(4)easy to control, and(5)safer.
