糖适平治疗38例老年糖尿病的临床疗效观察

An Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Glurenorm in 38 Cases of Aged Diabetics

３８例老年糖尿病患者经用糖适平治疗后，空腹血糖较治疗前平均降低２８．１％，餐后血糖降低３９．７％，且均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）；糖适平治疗总有效率分别为９４．７％和８９．５％。不同程度肾功能不全者与正常者比较，降糖有效率无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），提示糖适平对老年糖尿病伴有肾功能衰退者尤为适用，应作为首选降血糖药物。

Thirty-eight cases of aged diabetics were treated with glurenorm. Patients'fasting blood glucose showed a decrease of 28.1%and the postprandial blood glucose showed a decrease of 39.7%after treatment.The difference was significant(P<0.001).The total effective rates of the glurenorm therapy were 94.7%and 89.5% respectively.However,the difference in its hypoglycemic effect is insignificant(P>0.05) between cases with normal renal function and renal inssuficiency,suggesting that glurenorm may be particularly suitable for aged diabetics with regression of renal function. We recommend glurenorm as the first choice for the latter cases。
