摘要
研究了胰磷脂酶A2(phospholipaseA2,PLA2)对大鼠血脑屏障(BloodBrainBarriet.BBB)通透性的影响,同时用蛇毒PLA2作比较;用伊文氏蓝(Evan'sBlue,EB)示踪,肉眼和切片观察脑组织EB蓝染情况,作为BBB通透性增高的一般指示剂。结果表明,当血中PLA2达一定浓度、作用一定时间后动物脑组织出现EB颗粒,且其密度和范围随该酶浓度的增加而不断扩大、加深,对照组动物脑组织则未见蓝染;同样浓度的蛇毒PLA2作用强于胰PLA2。
It is. postulated that excess phospholipase A2(PLA2)activity might be responsible for pancreatic encephalopathy(PE). In order to investigate the potential mechanism, we study the effect of PLA2 on the blood brain barrier(BBB)of rats by means of PLA2 and Evans blue(EB) injected intravascularly. The results show that EB might pass the BBB at an extent depending on the concentration of PLA2 in brain tissues. The activity of snake PLA2 is stronger than that of pancreatic PLA2.
