非洛地平缓释剂治疗高血压病的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Extended Release Felodipine in Treatment of Essential Hypertention

采用非洛地平缓释剂治疗原发性高血压病患者２２例，剂量为每日２．５～２０ｍｇ，疗程８周，血压从治疗前的２０．８８／１３．７０ｋＰａ下降到治疗后的１７．１６／１１．０４ｋＰａ，心率从治疗前的７９次增加到治疗后的８２次，无其它不良反应。认为非洛地平缓释剂是一种安全有效、服用方便的新型抗高血压药。

Extended release felodipine was administered at a dosage of 2.5￣20mg/d for 8 weeks in 22 patients with essential hypertention. The results showed that the blood pressure decreased from 20. 88/13. 70 kPa to 17. 16/11. 04kPa(P<0. 001)and that the heart rate increased from 79/ min to 82/min(P<0. 05). No serious side effects were found in the course of the treatment. It is very convenient for patients. to take the drug once daily.
